Can anyone order from your website or do you have to be a business?

Answer: www.jb-distributing.com is a retail website and anyone can order off our webiste. You do not have to be a business and there is no minimum order amount.

Why do you only offer groung shipping?

Answer: Since some of our major products are made to order it is impossible to ship those items next day, 2nd day, or even 3 day service. We have had customers in the past order a made to order product and then select next day service. When they don't receive their order in 2 days they are inquiring on their order and asking why it is not shipped yet. We have found that only offering ground shipping on all orders is better for our customers and us. Clears up any confusion.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Answer: Allow 1-4 business days for a not made to order item or in stock item to ship (except for pool table lights, all Tiffany-Style stained glass lights, and pub tables since these are made to order. Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery on these products). Orders are shipped on first in first out basis.
Please note that all made to order products are usually shipped within 7 days 90% of the time. Production lead times may increase during busy periods, such as holidays. During these times production lead times may increase to 10 days.

Why should I order my pool table light from you and wait 2 - 3 weeks to receive it, when I can order from another online retailer where the light is not made to order and get it quicker?

Answer: Not made to order? Hmmm. All the products on our site that are made to order are made to order. Meaning 98% of other online retailers selling the same item will state "please allow 2 weeks for item to ship". Why because they are made to order. The websites that do not state this up front will most likely tell you after the fact. So, if you find a website not stating "this item is made to order" or " please allow 2 weeks for item to ship" we would advise you to contact the company before ordering, so you don't get disappointed afterwards. We tell you up front. It is not fisable for any retailer to stock these items because they are expensive and expensive to make, and with all the different styles, teams, colors, and designs it is impossible to stock all items. However, you may find a online retailer selling 5 or 10 different styles and may keep them in stock.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?

Answer: WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. or APO BOXES!!!!!!

We ship to the Contiguous 48 states only.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF THE Contiguous 48 states.

What is your return policy?

J & B Distributing provides its customers with a 14 day return policy on all products. The Return policy entitles our customers to an EVEN EXCHANGE OR MONEY BACK. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. We have never understood a re-stocking fee. We guess it's just a way to make money off a customer even when they decide they don't want the item. S&H costs incurred while returning the item to us will be the customer's responsibility. S&H for sending the replacement item to you will be covered at no extra charge by J & B Distributing.
